Function Description:
• Sales support and Field Enablement
Purpose of the Role:
• Provide high quality and insightful analysis on performance management metrics
• Assist in Business Planning and Financial Analysis
• The position shall be engaged for Review, analysis and evaluation of Business needs and user requirements
• Comprehensive use of MS Tools for extensive Business Analytics and development of reports/tool for Management and Field
• Ensure changes in Monthly Sales Productivity files and Portfolios are captured and submitted accurately
• Supporting internal DS&I Team with various analysis and reporting requirements from time to time
• Support Business with various ad-hoc requirements that come up from time to time
Critical Factors to Success:
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and business partners to effectively influence achievement of business results
• Strong results orientation (Setting Goals, Prioritization, Taking Accountability)

Minimum Qualifications

Past Experience:
• Having worked in a Commercial Card environment will be a huge plus
• Experience in report modelling and data mining desirable

Academic Background:
• Graduate or above with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
• Must have excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Working knowledge of SAS and Cornerstone desirable

Knowledge of Platforms:
• Knowledge of Tableau & VB will an added plus
