Job Description

American Express Travel Related Services seeks Information Security Analysts to provide analytical and technical support for issue management, project assessment, and reporting.  Support user access control and data analysis activities for monitoring and reporting purposes.  Evaluate and automate products and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.  Develop and debug complex code and conduct code reviews in alignment with best practices.  Engineer and develop standard data analytic service offerings to drive risk reduction across the enterprise.  Guide the verification of completeness, accuracy, and relevance of identity and access management data.

Minimum Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 3 years of experience with supporting enterprise cryptographic solutions for data encryption and security key management capabilities.  Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with symmetric and asymmetric cryptography concepts and technologies; 1 year of experience with integrating cryptography in different platforms; 1 year of experience with end-user support and incident management; 1 year of experience with email and file encryption; 1 year of experience with Windows and UNIX server systems support and administration; and 1 year of experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server, secure software development, SOAP, SQL Server Reporting Services, Web Services, VB. Net, and XML.
