Job Description

This role is responsible for working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Incentive Governance to provide strategic analyses, insights, sales performance measurement, and thought leadership to support the Commercial Acquisition Group (CAG) across Florida and Phoenix locations. The Sr Manager / Manager will work cross-functionally to lead daily run the business efforts addition to strategic initiatives and strategic planning efforts from conception to rollout ensuring balance between business growth and colleague experience. This role is also responsible for defining success metrics, ensuring key performance indicators are reportable to track real business impact.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to CAG leadership, marketing, incentive governance, and enterprise digital & analytics
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and launch strategic growth initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Monitor and track the corporate customer application journey across CAG to continue to optimize channel efficiency and the customer experience   
  • Analyze business results and develop actionable insights to inform strategic planning efforts Define goals and KPIs at the channel and individual contributor levels
  • Create a robust communication plan for annual targets, incentive changes and nuances
  • Manage a high-performing analyst(s)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to build strong relationships, communicate &, most importantly, influence across multiple partners
  • Ability to tell a story from data and articulate intricate operational processes
  • Ability to create a culture of success for team of analysts and managers
  • Critical thinker who is willing to think through outside-of-the-box solutions to complex business challenges
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Highly analytical with a proven quantitative skillset
  • Prior experience with sales organizations a plus
